Coach. When Chris Mortensen, broke the story on ESPN that you're thinking about hanging it up again, I knew the denials would start. And that's fine. I know you love the game and Dallas is a project that you are making some messy headway with.

But Coach, if you do decide to hang it up, can you do us a favor before you do? FIRE SEAN PAYTON IN DISGRACE.

Seriously. The guy gets a hard on to throw the football every time Dallas gets inside the 10-yard line. I can't tell you how many times this season I've had conversations with fellow Cowboys fans who think that Payton's play calling is just plain GOOFY!

Witness the last few minutes against the Oakland Raiders. Dallas has the ball on the one yard line, first and goal. FIRST AND GOAL! And we don't run the ball in? I mean, sure, we lost two yards on second down. But Coach, when you have a stellar running backs in Julius Jones and Marion Barber, a hall of fame lineman in Larry Allen, and two beefy tight ends in Dan Campbell and Jason Witten, can you please explain to me why Payton feels the need to pass on the last TWO DOWNS, causing the Boys to lose that one with a Raider goal line stand? Seriously! Just run it all four and get it done! Really. That kind of play calling is responsible for probably 60% of our losses this year. And instead of winning by 1, we lost by 6.

That's been the story of just about every loss, except for when we totally BLEW the Redskins at home.

We'd love to have Tuna every Sunday next year and beyond, Coach, but if you want to leave town, please, PLEASE take Payton with you. The thought of him inheriting the Cowboys is even more disturbing than the thought of ever re-signing Chad Hutchinson.
